Right Hand was founded by Zaharo Tsekouras, an ex Chief of Staff and ex venture capitalist. From incubating a startup while a VC to partnering with the CEO at a Series B tech company, she's learned firsthand how important it is to have a force multiplier in the C-suite -- and how critical it is to get the right person in the role. Our search firm was started with the mission to unlock efficiency in the C-Suite by exclusively placing world-class Chief of Staff talent.
